Doors Open at 7:00pm 
NO Admittance after 7:30pm

NO DEPARTURE before 10:15pm
Dance ends at 10:30pm

By purchasing this ticket, I understand that any dress, behavior, or dancing that is deemed inappropriate by the Faculty or Staff will result in the notification of my parents or guardians and will result in my removal from the dance.

Gentlemen:  Sport Coat, Tie, and Dress Pants REQUIRED

All SINGLE Tickets are for DeMatha Students ONLY.  All sales are final and NO REFUND will be given if asked to leave the Dance.

1st Payment of $300 due by Saturday, February 15

2nd Payment of $300 due by Saturday, March 15

3rd Payment of $300 due by Tuesday, April 15

4th Payment of $200 due by Thursday, May 15
